I have a problem with New York City. It is feeding my obsession with Proscuitto. We had some last night at Pazza Notte on pizza.
And then we had it on tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil salad.
I am out of control people! Anybody else love Proscuitto?

Ummmm, ya. I wandered off last night and found this place by Central Park with two foot long calzones wrapped In it… My flight home this morning – swollen blimp from salt but tasted so good! Hope you had a fun weekend !!!
That pizza looks soooo good. We absolutely LOVE proscuitto around here. I don’t think I’ve had it on or in anything that I didn’t like including just snacking on it with some cheese. My favorite way to have it is wrapped around chicken breast and fresh sage. Yum!
