Oreo fudge is made with crushed Oreo cookies, marshmallow cream, white chocolate chip, and sweetened condensed milk for cookies and cream fudge. The ultimate no-bake Christmas treat that no one will be able to resist. Even my husband who “thinks” he doesn’t like white chocolate loved this. And why wouldn’t he? Cookies ‘N Cream Fudge recipe is the soft and decadent oreo fudge recipe that is an easy fudge recipe and always a hit.

Not only is this fudge so yummy, but also easy to make. Easy peasy.

What is in Cookies and Cream Fudge?

This easy cookies and cream fudge is made with a marshmallow-based fudge with chunks of oreo cookies stirred into the mixture. To make this Oreo fudge recipe, you will need the following five ingredients:

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk – There is no substitute for this sweet caramelly milk sweetened condensed milk gives this fudge. You will need one can of sweetened condensed milk for this fudge recipe.
  • White chocolate chips – Any brand of white chocolate chips will work for this fudge recipe. White almond bark can also be substituted in place of the white chocolate chips if you can’t find white chocolate chips or don’t have them on hand.
  • Marshmallow Cream – Also called marshmallow fluff or creme. This is gooey sweetness that can also be replaced with melted marshmallows. I would add a tablespoon of butter if you melt marshmallows.
  • Vanilla – The pure version of vanilla is always better than imitation vanilla, but use what you have.
  • Oreo Cookies – I never buy generic chocolate sandwich cookies. There is no substitute for the original Oreo.

Any brand of white chocolate chips will work for this fudge recipe. White almond bark can also be substituted in place of the white chocolate chips.

How to Make Oreo Fudge

I started by crushing 20 Oreo cookies. I used double stuff because in my life no other Oreo exists.

I don’t pulverize the cookies. I left some big pieces.
Now start the fudge with 3 cups of white chocolate ships and a can of sweet and condensed milk.
Combine the chocolate chips and milk in a saucepan.
Then add a 7-ounce container of marshmallow fluff or creme.
Stir it all together until it is all melted and smooth.
Then add one teaspoon of vanilla to the mix.
Finally, stir in the Oreo cookies.
Then line a 13 x 9 pan with aluminum foil and pour the fudge mixture into the pan.
Pop in the cookies and cream fudge in the fridge for about 3 hours.

I cut it into small pieces. You will have A LOT of fudge. You probably need to have someone to pawn give some to immediately or you will soon go into Oreo fudge comatose.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 20 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
  • 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp clear vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate with milk and marshmallow cream over medium-low heat. Stir continuously until smooth.
  • Quickly stir in vanilla.
  • Fold in crushed cookies.
  • Pour in a foil lined 13x9 baking pan.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours until firm. Cut into bite size pieces.

Notes

This fudge can be a little tacky, especially if you use double stuffed Oreos.

  5. i made this over the weekend and while yummy it did not turn out well . it ended up being more like a marshmallow taffy then a fudge . not really sure why this happened but in my opinion a full jar of marshmallow was too much . i think using just half would have been better . i have made fudge using the marshmallow creme before so i am not sure why things went badly . this stuff never set up in the fridge had to be put in freezer and was still closer to marshmallow taffy then anything . i would also suggest that you use parchment to line the pan instead of foil as it was very sticky and difficult to remove from foil . but one thing was for sure IT WAS YUMMY

  6. This tasted fantastic! But like a couple of others posted, it didn’t ever set up properly. It’s completely stuck to the foil, and we have to eat it with a spoon. I don’t know what could have went wrong.
