Gluten Free Peanut Butter cookies recipe is an easy flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookie with just four ingredients. Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients
No flour. None. Nadda. No almond flour. No coconut flour. No wheat flour.

How to Make Flourless Cookies
To make these flourless peanut butter cookies, you simply start by mixing the ingredients. Mix the gluten-free ingredients together with a hand or stand mixer. The dough will be a bit crumbly looking
And then add chocolate if you would like to have flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. I love using semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips in these gluten-free peanut butter cookies.
Stir to combine the chocolate chips into the gluten-free peanut butter cookie batter.
Then scoop onto a cookie sheet and flatten slightly. This helps them flatten out. Otherwise, they tend to be a giant ball the entire time the cookies bake.
Bake the flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies for 8 minutes on 350. The dough will not be completely done. Let the gluten-free peanut butter cookies rest on the pan for several minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
