How to Make Crock Pot French Onion Beef Sliders
Begin making the roast beef sliders by covering the bottom of your crock pot with sliced onions and four tablespoons of butter.
Isn’t that so pretty? At this point, I have the crock pot on high to let the onions and butter start making magical flavors only onions and butter can make. Once the butter is melted, I place the chuck roasts on the onions and cover with French Onion Soup and eight tablespoons of butter.
Mainly because I can’t let well enough alone, I covered the roasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pretty liberal amounts of all three.
Then, I simply turned the heat down to low, and let the beef and onions do their thing. Fast forward to some fall-apart beef roasts.
I just took a fork to the beef roast and started breaking it up and then used a pasta spoon to serve the beef out and onto the Hawaiian rolls.
I cut the rolls in half leaving the bottoms and tops still connected. This lets me make the sandwiches more quickly. Once the beef is all spread out over the roll bottoms, I top with provolone or swiss cheese slices. The meat is so hot the cheese melts quickly.
Place the roll tops on the melted cheese and meat and your Crock Pot French Onion Beef Sliders are complete.
Getting them cut apart fast enough before the natives are fighting over them will be your next battle.

Don’t worry, you can make these as fast as they eat them. The beautiful thing is you can have a reserve package of these sandwiches made and stay warm in a casserole crock pot too. You never want to be without your sliders!
Tips for the Perfect Sliders
- Make Ahead: The beef mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before assembling the sliders.

- Add Your Favorite Toppings: Feel free to customize your sliders with additional toppings like sautéed mushrooms, jalapeños, or different cheeses to suit your taste.

Oh man! Delicious!
I simply want to say I am all new to blogs and certainly enjoyed this blog site. Very likely Iรขโฌโขm want to bookmark your website . You amazingly have great writings. With thanks for sharing your blog.
If Iโm only able to find a 3 lb roast, should I cut all other ingredients in half or keep them the same? Thanks!
Cutting the ingredients hsould work just fine. I would say the two cans of soup may be needed for liquid or you can add another cup of beef broth.
is it ok to cook on high for a bit so it doesnโt take as long?
You sure can. I do that once in a while too.
