Instructions - How to make pizza pull apart bread?
Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees. Then get to work making this pizza appetizer. Start by browning your sausage and crumbling it. If the sausage is not seasoned, use an Italian seasoning or pizza seasoning.
Pop open the cans of biscuits and removing them from the can. Then cut into four quarters. Put them in a large bowl and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter for 20-second increments until melted. Mince the garlic and stir along with avocado oil into the melted butter. Pour the garlic and butter mixture over the biscuits.
Then toss the butter over the biscuits. Stir the shredded cheese, seasoned sausage, and a few pepperonis into the biscuits. Add garlic salt and Italian seasoning or additional pizza seasoning.
Prep a bundt pan by spraying it with cooking spray. In the bottom of the pan place pepperonis around the bottom.
Place a row of the biscuits, cheese, and sausage over the pepperonis. Sprinkle in pepperonis over the biscuits.
Spoon pizza sauce over the biscuits. Then layer again with biscuits and sauce again. When the biscuits are used up to the top of the pizza pull apart bread, sprinkle with extra cheese, and place pepperonis around the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven or when the bread is firm to the touch. Let set and cool for five minutes. Then run a butter knife around the edge of the bundt pan, both inside and outside edge.
Then place a large dinner plate on the bundt pan. Next flip over to remove from the pan. Serve with warmed up pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
Hint: Place more of the biscuits around the edges of the pan rather than down the middle of the pan to ensure best baking results.
