Pour the sunrise sunset smoothie into a cup and use a large smoothie straw. Stir in extra juices for the thinness you desire. Garnish with extra frozen fruit pieces.

These smoothies can be made in a single serve or a blender capacity size. Just double or triple the amounts depending on the number of smoothies you need.

Hint: Have the frozen fruit set on the counter for several minutes before making the smoothie. This will allow for the juices to start to come from the fruit but yet make a frozen smoothie.

Top tip

Set the fruit out for several minutes before making the Sunrise Sunset smoothie to make sure the pineapple, mango, and strawberries are starting to melt a bit so the natural juices in the fruit are able to help with the blending process.
