Instructions
Cut cubed cold butter into the Bisquick to make a crumbly mixture.
Add blue cheese and buttermilk to combine. The dough will be very soft and sticky.
Drop large scoops of the biscuit dough on a parchment sheet lined baking sheet or cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
When blue cheese biscuits are golden brown, remove from oven. Spread with melted butter for extra buttery flavor.
