Instructions
Heat oven to 350°.
Spray a rectangle casserole dish with cooking spray. Dump the two packages of rice into the dish, spreading them out evenly across the bottom.
Add the soups, melted butter, and milk over the rice. Stir the soup, rice, and milk together.
Season the pork chops with garlic salt and pepper. Lay pork chops over the rice. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Bake covered with aluminum foil for 60 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until the pork chops reach 155 degrees and rice is cooked.
