Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 pound beef roast
  • 12 ounces bacon
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1 can Coca-Cola - Diet or zero calorie Cola for low-carb

Instructions
 

  • Cut bacon into half inch pieces and fry in a large skillet. While bacon is frying, season all sides of the beef roast with the Cajun and steak seasonings.
  • Place the beef roast in the crock pot and pour the bacon and bacon grease over the beef roast. Pour the can of Coke over the top of the beef roast.
  • Cook on low for 8-hours. Shred the beef when cooked. Serve on buns or with mashed potatoes.
