Mix together honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, minced gaarlic, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce.
Place the pork chops in a shallow dish or ziploc bag and pour the marinade over the pork chops. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
If baking, bake with the marinade on 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or internal temperature is 155 degrees.
To grill, preheat the grill to 350 degree. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and season with the honey garlic seasoning. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or internal temperature is 145 degrees.
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
