Instructions
In a large bowl, cream the eggs and brown sugar together.
Add the eggs followed by the pumpkin and vanilla until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Pour into the liquid ingredients and mix well.
Pour into the liquid ingredients and mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips if you are adding them to the bread.
Fill greased and floured 4x8 loaf pans. Bake for 60-70 minutes at 325 degrees or until a cake tester or toothpick comes out clean.
