These refrigerator spicy pickled radishes are an easy pickled radish recipe made with fresh radishes, jalapenos, red onions, white wine vinegar, salt, sugar, and spices.
Slice the radishes with a mandoline with the thinnest thickness. Slice the onions with the thinnest setting and the jalapenos with the thickest setting or a knife. Slice or chop the garlic.
Layer the onions, radishes and peppers into the jars. Top off with the sliced garlic.
Top with salt, sugar, red pepper flakes, and peppercorns.
Then pour white wine vinegar until the jar is 1/2 full.
Fill the remainder of the mason jar with water. Shake to dissolve the sugar and salt.
